Things are still hectic ... still trying to prepare for my move to my new duty station and things just aren't going as I hoped.  I hate short notice assignments!  Trying to do everything within a month timeframe is so not cool but that's the military for you.  In any case, I wanted to share a storyboard by a member of UWIB (Unique Women In Business) to which I have been a member for wow over 2 years now.

I've been totally slacking with my blog and with good reason, I have a Little One that demands my attention as well as gearing up for a cross country move within 30 days.  I hope that by the time I reach my new home, get settled and unpacked, my car and shipment arrives safely and find a good day care for him once I start my new job.

The Homemade Diva: How to Make an Iron-On Applique

I'm not a sewer or a great seamstress. In fact, I can't find my way around a sewing machine, but I had some onsies that I'd purchased from consignment shops and wanted to "spruce" them up so I thought about some iron-on transfers. But there aren't too many out there that caught my eye, not too mention a little too pricey for the design and sizes; I did however consider appliqués and really like the dimensions and uniqueness they have. So I surfed the net to find a way to make one and ran across these instructions:
